BCG offers Free Webinar on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 8 pm EST
As any trial lawyer (or critical reader) will tell you presentation is an important part of any evidence argument. Thus an argument that includes proper grammar, is tightly written, and logically presented reinforces and supports the conclusion. It is much more convincing than one that simply dumps a series of events and pieces of evidence in the reader's (or juror's) lap. Learn what to avoid and how to logically present the evidence you have collected.
